We are always open for recruiting new editors for the journal. Selection of the editor policy may change with time. We are responsible to explain editor selection policy publicly. H-index and impact factors may be used to determine successful editors.
Priviledges of being an editor:
-Editors may be able to join monthly editorial meetings. It offers opportunity to meet other professionals.

-Articles rejected
-Articles that are rejected with at least 2 reviewer process can be published with reviewer reports.
